We perfectly understand that many of you want to secure your holiday arrangements but need greater flexibility. We want to make this easier for you and have added flexible booking policies so you can book your holiday with confidence.
 
Low Deposit
Just Euro 99 or 10% (whichever is the lowest) will secure your holiday. 
 
Final Payment 
Full payment will be required 6 weeks before your departure date. 
Bookings made less than 6 weeks before your holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
 
2023 Early Bookings
Book early to secure your preferred dates, campsite, and accommodation. Call us to book your holiday or book online.
Early 2023 bookings can be cancelled free of charge or amended without our amendment fee until 31st January 2023 (transferred bookings excluded). Please note that if your new holiday is more expensive, you will however be charged for the increased costs.

Bookings
 
When is my balance due? 
Full payment will be required 6 weeks before your departure date. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before your holiday must be paid in full at time of booking.
 
Can I cancel my holiday?
Early 2023 bookings can be cancelled free of charge before 1st February 2023 (transferred bookings excluded). If you wish to cancel your booking after this date, then our normal terms as stated in our booking conditions apply.
 
Can I amend my holiday? 
Early 2023 bookings can be amended without our amendment charge before 1st February 2023 (transferred bookings excluded). Please note that if your new holiday is more expensive, you will however be charged for the increased costs. If you wish to amend your booking after this date, then our normal terms as stated in our booking conditions apply. 
 
On the campsite
Will I receive any compensation if not all campsite facilities are open during my holiday?
We do not offer any compensation if the campsite decides to close facilities. We have taken great care to ensure accuracy on our campsite pages, but campsites may change or withdraw facilities and regulations at their own discretion at any time. 
 
What about check-in and check-out?
Our staff and/or the campsite staff will be there to help and welcome you and assist you during your holiday. Please arrive between 16:00 and 19:00, our check-in hours, to speed up check-in. 
The day before your departure you will receive a departure visit. Don’t worry if you miss this, on the day of departure simply leave your key in the accommodation and leave windows open for ventilation.
