Making a Booking

Before you book your holiday, please read our full booking conditions. 
We offer flexible arrival and departure days, with just one set non-arrival/departure day a week (please see campsite pages). We reserve the right to impose space restrictions and our minimum stay is 3 nights at each campsite. 
Please do not make your own travel arrangements until we have confirmed your booking.
To check availability and prices or to make a booking please visit our website www.venueholidays.com or contact our office. If you are unable to book your preferred holiday online it is always best to check with our office to find the nearest available alternative. 
Venue Holidays can book a return Channel crossing on your behalf with most of the cross Channel operators. Please contact our reservations team for further details. 

Tourist tax 

Tourist tax is payable at most campsites. This will either be added to your invoice and paid on your behalf by Venue Holidays; or you will have to pay it immediately on arrival at the campsite. Please see campsite pages for further details.

Linen and baby packs 

These extras can be booked when you make your reservation or up to 3 weeks before departure (subject to availability), please see our Extras page for further details. 

Damage waiver 

For just £20 per party you can waive your liability for any accidental damage to the Venue Holidays accommodation or equipment during your holiday. This Damage Waiver insurance is non-refundable and must be paid before your departure. If you do not pay the Damage Waiver then you will be asked to pay a refundable damage deposit of £200 on arrival at the campsite. 

Payments

A 25% deposit of the total holiday cost is payable at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card, UK cheque (payable to Venue Holidays Ltd) or bank transfer. 
We must receive the balance of the holiday costs no later than 8 weeks before your departure. Reminders are not sent. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure must be paid in full at the time of booking. Last-minute bookings can only be paid for by debit or credit card.
