2 miles from the resort of Playa de Pals and just 45 minutes from the French border, Playa Brava enjoys a unique location within a nature conservation area. With its own wide, sandy beach, it also has direct frontage onto a lake fed by freshwater springs. The lake is available for non-motorised craft, whilst larger boats can be launched from the beach. The campsite offers a range of sporting activities from football to canoeing and windsurfing. The swimming pool area is also very popular with grassy sunbathing areas providing a perfect place to relax. Overlooking the pool is the bar terrace which is the venue for lively discos during high season. Our tents and mobile homes offer a mixture of sun and shade and are well located for the campsite facilities. Just south of Pals, the rocky coastline lends itself to some excellent snorkelling at beautiful bays like Sa Riera and Aiguablava. There are many historic towns to visit including Pals itself with beautiful cobbled streets and some excellent Catalan restaurants. With 3 water parks nearby, and the Port Aventura adventure theme park, just south of Barcelona, there is plenty of thrilling entertainment to enjoy! Barcelona itself offers a great day out for the whole family.
