Making a Booking

Before you book your holiday, please read the points below and our full booking conditions. 
Our holidays are flexible and can start and finish on any day of the week (subject to availability). Our minimum stay is 3 nights at each campsite. 
Please do not make your own travel arrangements until we have confirmed your booking.

Online Bookings

Visit our website www.venueholidays.com to check availability, prices and to book your holiday. Once you have booked online you can create an account on our website, where you will find all of your booking details. If you cannot find your preferred holiday online or if you require any other assistance please contact our reservations team, who will be happy to help you. Please see our website for office opening times.

Phone/E-mail Bookings

If you would prefer to book directly with our reservations team please contact us by telephone or e-mail with details of your holiday requirements. You will be given our current availability and a quotation. If we cannot accommodate your exact holiday request we may be able to offer you alternative dates that fit in with our existing bookings. The earlier you book the more chance you have of securing the exact holiday that you would like.

STEP 1 

Pricing your Holiday

The prices quoted on each campsite page are per night per party for the accommodation only. To price your holiday using our brochure, multiply the nightly rate by the number of nights booked in each season. To price your holiday online, enter your requirements and the price will be calculated for you.
Our standard accommodation package includes 1 car, 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 21). The extra person charge is £8 per person per night. Each campsite page shows the maximum number of people allowed per accommodation type on that campsite. Some cross Channel operators have a different standard package, please see our website for further details. 

Tourist Tax 

Tourist tax is payable at most campsites. This will either be added to your invoice and paid on your behalf by Venue Holidays; or you will have to pay it immediately on arrival at the campsite.

STEP 2 

Channel Crossing

Venue Holidays can book a return Channel crossing on your behalf with most of the cross Channel operators.

Linen and Baby Packs 

These extras can be booked when you make your reservation or up to 3 weeks before departure (subject to availability), please see our Extras page for further details. 

Damage Waiver 

For just £20 per party you can waive your liability for any accidental damage to the Venue Holidays accommodation or equipment during your holiday. This Damage Waiver insurance is non-refundable and must be paid before your departure. If you do not pay the Damage Waiver then you will be asked to pay a refundable damage deposit of £200 on arrival at the campsite. 

STEP 3

Payments

You can make a payment online or by telephone by debit or credit card. There is a charge of 2% on credit card payments, there is no charge for payments by debit card. Alternatively ask our reservations team how you can make your payment by bank transfer or UK cheque.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance of your holiday payment due no later than 8 weeks prior to your departure.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
