Set within the nature conservation area of Les Basses d’en
Coll and just 45 minutes from the French border lies Camping Playa Brava. There
is direct access to its own wide, sandy beach and a lake fed by freshwater
springs. This lake is available for non-motorised craft,
whilst other boats can be launched from the beach. During high season there are
water sports on the beach, and the campsite offers a range of sporting
activities and competitions, including football, tennis and beach volleyball.
The swimming pools are very popular, with grassy sunbathing areas providing a
perfect place to relax. Overlooking the pool is the restaurant/bar terrace
which during high season is the venue for lively discos. Our accommodations are
all well located for the campsite facilities with our mobile homes situated
together and our tents arranged in small groups.
There are many
historic towns to visit including Pals itself, with its pretty cobbled streets
and excellent Catalan restaurants. Just south of Pals, the rocky coastline
lends itself to some excellent snorkelling at beautiful bays like Sa Riera and
Aiguablava. For a great family day out, visit the exciting PortAventura theme
park or the magnificent city of Barcelona with its beautiful architecture.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged on arrival at the campsite.
The 2016 tourist tax rate was €0.50 per person (from 16 years) per night for the first 7 nights.
The maximum capacity allowed per pitch is 6 persons for all accommodations.
