Set in the stunning Monti Sibillini National Park and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Umbrian countryside is Camping Il Collaccio, a steeply terraced campsite. This is a small family owned resort that used to be a farm and has now been transformed into a holiday resort with swimming pools, a restaurant and a cosy bar. The restaurant specialises in traditional home cooked Umbrian food using local produce and the al fresco dining area offers wonderful panoramic views. The National Park was formed in 1993 and is considered one of Italy’s wildest and most beautiful parks with many species of wildlife and rare flowers. Within the park there is a wide range of activities for all ages from walking and donkey trekking to paragliding and canoeing, most of which can be booked at the campsite reception. There are 2 swimming pools and a play area just for kids. The landscape is characterised by steep river valleys, alpine meadows, ancient oak and beech forests and craggy limestone peaks approaching 2500 meters in height. This region is steeped in history and the beautiful ancient towns of Spoleto, Assisi, Todi, Gubbio, Orvieto and Perugia are all within easy reach.

Prices in £ to include 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 21).

Arrive and Depart on any day. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Prices include any mid-week saver return fare Dover-Calais with P&O Ferries or SeaFrance. We will receive the 2012 ferry rates later this year, we can book the accommodation now for you and add any crossing at a later stage.

Deduct £50 if you don’t require a channel crossing.

Extra nights will be charged from night 4 according to the season in which they are taken.

Extra persons £8 per person per night, where permitted.
