Just
10 miles from Annecy, camping Les Fontaines is located amidst the
green Alpine meadows and towering peaks of the Haute-Savoie. There
are stunning views from all areas of the campsite but especially
from our 2-bedroom mobile homes that are located on the higher
terraces. This cosy resort has some good sporting facilities, a
heated swimming pool, a 4-lane slide and water chute, an exciting
children’s pool and a jacuzzi. The daytime entertainment (weekdays
during high season) includes activities such as water aerobics or
archery. Near the campsite you can pick up the cycle path to
Doussard, which is a pretty little town just 3 miles from the
campsite. The crystal clear lake has many bathing areas (some with
diving platforms and grassy sunbathing areas) and at Doussard there
is a large water sports centre, for tuition and boat hire. From here
you can also take a stroll through the natural wilderness of the
beaver reserve. The mountains provide for superb walking and all
manner of exciting sports are available, such as summer luge,
paragliding, canyoning and white water rafting.
